S.T. "KAUSING".

In reply to your letter No.16/54/38 of the 21st

inst. I have the honour to inform you that my Principals

have agreed to purchase the S.T. "KAUSING" on the conditions laid in your letter and I therefore confirm the purchase of

the Tug on the following terms and conditions:-

Purchase price of H.K.850.000.- as she stands, in Hong

Kong, with all equipment and spare now on board and

ashore other than the four articles mentioned in

your letter 16/54/38 of the 2nd June addressed to

MOLLERS' TOWAGE Ltd. at Shanghai.

responsible for the necessary work to put/into condition

for towage to Shanghai.-

The Buyers are the tug

I enclose herewith my cheque No.53393 for H.K. $5.000.- being 10% deposit of the purchase price, balance of which is to be paid against delivery of the Tug with a clean

bill of sale made out in favour of the buyers who are:

Mr. Eric B. MOLLER and Mr. Ralph B. MOLLER, Jointly.

I hold these Gentlemen's telegraphic authority to

sign on their behalf all documents in connection with the

purchase.

I shall be grateful if you will be kind enough to let me have a detailed inventory in four (4) copies of all the equipment, spares etc. which go with the Tug.
